Quantum on the bay is a waterfront complex of skyscrapers in the City of Miami, Florida. Located North of Downtown Miami in the Edgewater neighborhood. The complex consist of two main towers, Quantum on the Bay No. One Condominium Association and Quantum on the Bay North Condominium Association. No. One, the taller of the two, rises 51 stories high with a total of 454 residential units. The North Tower is 44 stories tall with 244 residential units. Both towers were structurally completed in January 2008 and opened in April 2008. Both towers are connected by a retail and parking center at the base. The architect is Nichols Brosch Sandoval & Associated, Inc.
